About Women in Fund Finance
Helping women in alternative investment connect, learn and advance their careers together.
Women in Fund Finance was created in 2017 by the Fund Finance Association to support diversity, equity and inclusion of women in banking, law, and private equity, credit, real estate and energy/infrastructure in and related to the fund finance community. Led by three committees of senior women executives, WIFF is focused on the increased engagement, recognition and promotion of women leaders within the fund finance industry globally.
Connection
Connecting women working in fund finance through WIFF networking and special events, and the annual FFA symposiums in Miami, London and Hong Kong.
Education
A forum to learn about fund finance and alternative investment, share expertise and challenges, and build the skills and market knowledge to enter, succeed and advance.
Advocacy
Supporting the recruitment, retention and advancement of women through sponsorship and advocacy, and increasing executive and board-level opportunities.
