As part of our mission to educate we are hosting an annual Fund Finance University program for the US, European and APAC markets.
FFA University Europe 1.0
Our European University program will take place over two days, with an in-person session on Tuesday, 28 April, followed by a virtual session on Wednesday, 29 April.
This intensive training session is designed for sponsors, bankers and lawyers transacting in the EMEA market that are either relatively new to Fund Finance or those that want an in-depth training course. Sessions will be lectures taught by many of the industry's leading senior practitioners. The course will cover everything from understanding fund formation and structures to transaction credit documentation and Investor issues.

This intensive training is designed for sponsors, bankers, and lawyers in the Asia-Pacific market. Whether you're new to Fund Finance or looking for a deeper understanding, our expert-led sessions will cover a broad spectrum of key aspects of Fund Finance, focusing on capital call/subscription financing.

This intensive full-day training session will occur in November 2026. The program is designed for both bankers and lawyers transacting under U.S. law that are either relatively new to Fund Finance or those that want an in-depth training course. The course will cover everything from understanding fund formation and structures to subscription facility credit documentation and Investor issues.

FFA University US 2.0
This intensive full-day training session will occur in-person in New York in September 2026. The program is designed for mid-level bankers and lawyers transacting under U.S. law and will cover advanced issues in subscription facilities, NAV loan structures and issues, Collateralized Fund Obligations and the PE business model. A complimentary networking reception will follow.
