1. Engagement & Service to Women in Fund Finance

Level and significance of the nominee's active involvement in Women in Fund Finance, including committees, events, programming, educational initiatives, networking, or other contributions that support and strengthen the WFF community.

2. Advancement of the WFF Mission

Extent to which the nominee has advanced the goals, visibility, reach, and impact of Women in Fund Finance and helped create meaningful opportunities for women within the fund finance community.

3. Leadership & Advocacy for Women in Fund Finance

Demonstrated leadership in advocating for women's professional development, visibility, representation, and advancement within their organization and/or the broader fund finance industry.

4. Mentorship, Sponsorship & Development of Women

Commitment to helping women develop and advance their careers through mentorship, sponsorship, coaching, education, knowledge sharing, introductions, and creation of professional opportunities.

5. Demonstrated Impact & Evidence

The extent to which the nomination provides specific examples and supporting evidence of the nominee's contributions and their impact on women, WFF, and the broader fund finance community. Consider the significance, reach, consistency, and outcomes of those contributions.
