We only share attendee lists with sponsoring firms. For more information on becoming a conference sponsor contact

Where can I find more information on the conference sessions?

Agendas are typically released three months before each symposium and can be found on the conference webpage.

What is the conference app?

As a registered attendee, you will receive log in instructions for the conference app a few days prior to the beginning of the conference. The app will have all information needed for the symposium including the conference agenda, floor plan, speaker bios, and more.

How do I become a speaker?

Sponsors at the Platinum and Gold levels receive one (1) speaking position on a panel. If you are interested in speaking and your firm is not a sponsor, please send your bio and desired panel topic to for consideration.


When does conference registration open?

Registration will open approximately three months prior to each event.

How do I register?

Please visit the specific symposium webpage on the FFA website to register. You must register separately for each event.

How much does it cost to attend?

2020 pricing for the three symposiums is as follows:
Global Symposium: $2,500 if purchased by January 15th, 2020; $3,000 thereafter
European Symposium: £1,500
Asia-Pacific Symposium: HK$7,500

What is included in the cost of my registration?

Your registration includes the cost of entry, access to all conference sessions and all meals.

Do I qualify for a complimentary pass?

Fund Managers and Institutional Investors qualify for a complimentary pass to all Fund Finance Association Symposiums. Please select ‘Fund Manager’ or ‘Investor’ when registering. Service providers, including fund finance lenders, lawyers, accountants, fund administrators, etc, do not qualify for free tickets. What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made through the online registration system using most credit cards. Please note that American Express is not accepted through the online registration platform for registrations for the European Symposium.

I can only attend part of the conference. Can I get a discount or send a colleague for the rest?

You can attend the conference for a long as you would like, however you cannot transfer your ticket to a different individual if you are only attending for a portion of the conference. Discounts are not offered for partial-day passes.

I can no longer attend the conference. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else in my firm?

Yes! You can transfer your ticket to someone else at your firm if you are no longer able to attend. You can do so by modifying your registration using your email and registration number or by notifying us at

Can I cancel my registration?

Refunds are offered until one week before the event start date. Alternatively, if you are no longer able to attend the symposium, you may transfer your pass to another member of your firm.

Will I receive a physical ticket?

There are no physical tickets for the Fund Finance Association. After payment, you will receive a confirmation via email for your registration. Upon arrival to the symposium, credentials will be provided to you, which will act as your pass for all conference activities.

Where will the conference take place?

Global: Fontainebleau Hotel- Miami Beach, FL
European: The Landmark London- London, England
Asia-Pacific: The Four Seasons, Hong Kong

Are there room blocks setup for the conferences?

As of now the Global Symposium taking place at the Fontainebleau is the only conference where FFA has secured a room block for attendees. All rooms can be booked via the conference website.


How do I become a sponsor?

Your firm can become a conference sponsor by submitting a completed form to The form and full information on sponsorship packages can be found in the sponsorship brochure on the homepage.

How many tickets do I receive with my sponsorship?

Your number of tickets depends on the sponsorship level you have signed up for and is outlined in the sponsorship benefit letter you received after signing up, as well as the sponsorship brochure.

What comes with my sponsorship?

Can I receive a discount on my sponsorship?

Sponsors may receive a 10% discount on any multi-conference sponsorship within one year. Retroactive discounts will not be granted if sponsorships for different events are secured at different times.

Do I have access to an attendee list?

All sponsoring firms may receive the conference attendee list. You can request a list by emailing

Do I receive a speaking slot with my sponsorship?

Sponsors at the Platinum or Gold levels receive at least one (1) speaking position on a panel. The FFA Board makes final determinations on panel composition as well as additional speaking opportunities.

Do I receive an exhibition table or seat drop with my sponsorship

Starting in 2020, we will no longer offer exhibit tables for sponsors. As an alternative, sponsors of a certain level will have the opportunity to include promotional products in a shared conference sponsor area.

Where do I send my materials for the sponsor area?

More information will be provided for shipping to the symposium approximately one month prior to the event.

One of our attendees can no longer attend the conference. Can I transfer the ticket to someone else in my firm?

Yes! You can modify your attendees at any time by using your sponsorship account email login and your registration number through the online registration platform.
