Jeffrey Frank joined Angelo Gordon in 2014 as the firm’s Treasurer. Before joining Angelo Gordon, Jeff was a Vice President overseeing Treasury and Structured Funding for Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM). During Jeff’s almost 16 years at GSAM he held several positions within their alternative investment businesses. Jeff was a member of GSAM’s private equity group and hedge fund strategy business units where he focused on liquidity, funding, structuring, and financial due diligence. Eli Mou is Managing Director in the US Financial Sponsor team at The Bank of Nova Scotia. Based in Palo Alto California, with offices in New York City and Boston, Equity Fund Services provides depository and credit products including capital call lines of credit, subscription lines, and loans to management companies to select Venture Capital and Private Equity firms throughout the United States and Canada.
Mark joined Comerica in 2012 and his prior background combines 20 years of commercial banking experience with over 10 years of direct investing experience with Tangent Growth Fund L.P., a San Francisco based private equity firm.
Mark is a CPA and began his career with Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC) in San Francisco. He earned a BS in Business with a concentration in accounting from San Jose State University, and has an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Mark has been active as a volunteer with youth sports, and Boy Scouts, and he has served in leadership positions of notable charitable and public benefit organizations including Hope Rehabilitation Services, Santa Clara, Ca. Chris Spitzhoff is a Vice President at Carlyle and leads the fund operations and administration for its U.S Buyout funds. Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Spitzhoff led portfolio operations and administration at Corrum Capital Management and the principal investing division of Bank of America, and held consulting roles in the Lending and Leasing practice at BearingPoint. Mr. Spitzhoff holds a B.S. from Appalachian State University and earned his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Julie is the head of J.P. Morgan Chase’s commercial real estate subscription lending platform. Julie works closely with institutional investors and fund managers on strategically investing in real estate.
Julie began her career structuring and underwriting commercial real estate loans for LaSalle Bank in 1995, before moving to Jones Lang LaSalle to assist clients with land development strategies. In 1998, she rejoined LaSalle Bank to develop and manage an institutional real estate division before joining RBS Citizens in 2008, where she was hired to build out a team focused on the generation of new business and asset management for a portfolio of real estate loans. Prior to joining Park Square, Matthew spent two years as Finance Business Partner at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation providing financial and technical advice on investments and strategy to the Executive team and Board, and five years at PwC. Matthew graduated with BSc Hons in Geography from Loughborough University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Walt is a Managing Director, Co-head of Direct Lending and member of the Investment Committee of Onex Credit. Walt has 33 years of experience in the leveraged loan, high yield and mezzanine markets. Prior to joining Onex Credit, Walt was Senior Credit Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the Private Credit Group in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. Previously he held positions at Credit Suisse, Scotiabank and Ernst & Whinney. Walt earned a B.S. from Bryan College and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
Nick Fleischhacker joined HarbourVest in 2019 to head the newly created Capital Markets team. His responsibilities include overseeing banking relationships and the use of credit and hedging products across the platform.
Nick returned to Boston to join HarbourVest from Miami, where he spent five years working for two active issuers in the public sector and private sectors raising over $15 billion debt financing. Prior to that he spent over fifteen years in investment banking with RBC Capital Markets (including predecessor firms Tucker Anthony and Dain Rauscher) in New York and Boston. He worked most recently in the industrials investment banking coverage group and prior to that in the infrastructure and public finance groups. Nick’s banking experience includes arranging financings across a wide range of debt products, industries and credit types as well as work in M&A and equity capital markets.

William Cox is a Senior Managing Director and Senior Analyst in the Funds, Insurance, and Public Finance Ratings groups at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA), where he also leads the Funds and Insurance analytical teams. Bill has over 25 years of experience in credit ratings.
Before joining KBRA, Bill led DSA Capital, LLC, a provider of consulting services and investment capital for private companies, government agencies, private equity platforms, and philanthropies working to improve K-12 public education in the United States.
Previously, Bill was an executive managing director of strategic operations at Standard & Poor’s (now S&P Global Ratings), where he led global teams responsible for market development, quantitative analytics, project management, and data operations. During his time at S&P, Bill also served as a managing director in School Evaluation Services and in the Public Finance Ratings Group and managed the Infrastructure Finance Group.
Bill serves on the board of directors of Young Audiences Arts for Learning, the nation’s largest arts-in-education learning network serving over 5 million children; and is on the advisory board of Teachers College (TC), Columbia University’s Office of School and Community Partnerships, which connects TC resources to support public education in Harlem schools.

Thomas Chiarello is a Manager on the Treasury Capital Markets team at TPG. In this role, he is responsible for financing and capital markets activity of the firm and its funds, and bank relationship management. Prior to joining TPG in 2017, Mr. Chiarello was an Associate at Bank of America, where he covered a portfolio of non-bank financial institutions. Craig Rydqvist is Global Head of Capital Markets, maintaining relationships with lenders and providing debt advisory and execution support globally. Professor Kelton is Professor of Economics and Public Policy at Stony Brook University. She was previously Chair of the Depart- ment and Professor of Economics at the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
Hillary Rodham Clinton has spent four decades in public service as an advocate, attorney, First Lady, U.S. Senator, U.S. Secretary of State, and presidential candidate.
Hillary Clinton was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 26, 1947. After graduating from Wellesley College and Yale Law School, she began her life-long work on behalf of children and families by joining the Children’s Defense Fund. In 1974, she moved to Arkansas, where she married Bill Clinton and became a successful attorney while also raising their daughter, Chelsea. During her 12 years as First Lady of Arkansas, she was Chairwoman of the Arkansas Education Standards Committee, co-founded the Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families, and served on the boards of the Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and the Children’s Defense Fund.
As First Lady of the United States, from 1993 to 2001, Hillary Clinton championed health care for all Americans and led successful bipartisan efforts to improve the adoption and foster care systems, reduce teen pregnancy, and create the Children’s Health Insurance Program. She traveled to more than 80 countries standing up for human rights, democracy, and civil society. Her speech in Beijing in 1995 – where she declared that “human rights are women’s rights, and women’s rights are human rights” – inspired women worldwide and helped galvanize a global movement for women’s rights and opportunities.
In 2000, Clinton made history as the first First Lady elected to the United States Senate, and the first woman elected to statewide office in New York. As Senator, she worked across party lines to expand economic opportunity and access to quality, affordable health care. After the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, she secured funding to rebuild New York and provide health care for first responders who risked their lives working at Ground Zero. She also championed the cause of our nation’s military and fought for better health care and benefits for wounded service members, veterans, and members of the National Guard and Reserves. In 2006, Clinton was reelected to the Senate, winning 58 out of New York’s 62 counties.
In 2007, she began her first historic campaign for president, winning 18 millions votes and becoming the first woman to ever win a presidential primary or caucus state. In the 2008 general election, she campaigned for Barack Obama and Joe Biden, and in December, she was nominated by President-elect Obama to be Secretary of State.
In her four years as America’s chief diplomat and the President’s principal foreign policy adviser, Clinton played a central role in restoring America’s standing in the world and strengthening its global leadership, visiting 112 countries over 4 years, restoring America’s standing in the world. Her “smart power” approach to foreign policy elevated American diplomacy and development and repositioned them for the 21st century – with new tools, technologies, and partners, including the private sector and civil society around the world. She led the effort to impose crippling sanctions on Iran, laying the foundation for a historic agreement to curb its nuclear program, and negotiated a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas that prevented a new war in the Middle East. Across the world, she defended universal values and pushed the frontiers of human rights.
In 2016, Clinton made history again by becoming the first woman nominated for president by a major U.S. political party. As the Democratic candidate for president, she campaigned on a vision of America that is “stronger together” and an agenda to make our economy work for everyone, not just those at the top. She won the national popular vote, earning the support of nearly 66 million Americans.
Hillary Rodham Clinton is the author of eight best-selling books, including her groundbreaking book on children, It Takes A Village (1996); Dear Socks, Dear Buddy (1998); An Invitation to the White House (2000); her memoirs, Living History (2003), Hard Choices (2014), and What Happened (2017); a picture book edition of It Takes a Village (2017); and The Book of Gutsy Women (2019), in collaboration with Chelsea Clinton.
She and President Clinton reside in New York, have one daughter, Chelsea, and are the proud grandparents of Charlotte, Aidan, and Jasper.
Since 1996, Jay R. Ritter has served as the Joseph Cordell Eminent Scholar in the Department of Finance at the University of Florida. He has previously taught at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, the University of Michigan, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. Prof. Ritter is best known for his articles concerning equity issuance, especially initial public offerings. He has served as a Director of the American Finance Association, and was President of the Financial Management Association for 2014-15. Prof. Ritter is an Associate Editor of numerous academic journals and has over 40,000 citations on Google Scholar. He has also consulted on valuation and market manipulation cases, as well as securities issuance, and is frequently quoted in the financial press. He is a frequent visitor to Asia, Australia, Canada, and Europe. Prof. Ritter received his BA, MA, and PhD (1981) degrees in economics and finance from the University of Chicago.

Jan Sysel is a corporate finance partner resident in Fried Frank’s New York office and co-heads the Firm’s fund finance practice. Mr. Sysel represents sponsors, borrowers, arrangers and lenders on a wide variety of financing transactions primarily in connection with fund formation, as well as leveraged acquisitions, spinoffs, recapitalizations and restructurings, across a broad range of industries. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, documenting and executing complex financings, including syndicated senior facilities, mezzanine facilities and private debt placements. His work includes unsecured and secured first and second lien facilities, both cashflow-based and asset-based, with particular focus on fund subscription facilities and other types of investment fund leverage.
Mr. Sysel previously worked on secondment at Goldman Sachs, where he advised on loan transactions for private wealth management clientele. Prior to joining Fried Frank, he practiced corporate law in the Czech Republic for several years and served in the Czech Army as a staff attorney at the Litigation Department of the Czech Ministry of Defense.

Fabrice Guesde took up his role as Head of Global Structured Credit & Solutions (GSCS), Asia Pacific in April 2016. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for overseeing the development of Natixis’ structured credit solution offering in the region, including across asset-backed securities (ABS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), capital call facilities and fund financings, and a range of bank and insurance regulatory solutions.
Fabrice has over 25 years’ experience. He began his career in 1989 at Manufacturers Hanover Bank (now JPMorgan Chase), based in Paris, and in 1991 joined Bayerische Landesbank, Paris Branch as Head of Credit and then Head of Structured Credit & Syndication. In 1996 he moved to Commerzbank as Head of Corporate Banking and Structured Credits, France, and in 2003 he joined European IT business-to-business service provider Econocom as Group Financial Director. He joined Natixis in 2006 as Head of Commercial Coordination in the Structured Finance and Market platform, and in 2008 was appointed Head of Debt Engineering. In 2011, Fabrice was named Head of Credit & Insurance Solutions as part of the creation of the GSCS business line, subsequently overseeing the setup and development of Natixis’ capital call and fund financing business for Europe.
Fabrice is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris, and holds a Master of Law degree from University of Paris II. In addition to French, he speaks English, German and Dutch.

Mr. Tam joined Hony Capital in 2016 as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tam has more than 20 years of experience in providing tax and consulting services for multinational corporations and private equity institutions. He helped local and overseas private equity firms in designing fund structure and tax planning for fundraising. He also helped fund managers, individuals, or institutional investors in tax planning in order to achieve optimal tax effect.

Ee Fai joined Preqin in 2010. He leads Preqin’s research strategy and manages its operations in Asia Pacific. Danny Song is a Director in China Merchants Bank New York Branch, and is the manager of the branch’s fund finance product line. Since joining China Merchants Bank in 2014, Danny has served in various capacities including coverage of Financial Institutions, Alternative Investment Advisory, Asset Management, and Fund Finance. Prior to joining CMB, Danny worked for Deutsche Bank and KIG Capital Advisors. Emma has 13+ years in Fund Finance in both US and China. She is Head of Private Equity for East West Bank greater China/Asia and specialized in providing customized and creative transactions to private equity firms. Before joining East West, Emma was responsible for developing client relationships and managing a portfolio of private equity firms in US at Comerica Bank’s Boston office for 6 years. Previously, she worked at MUFG’s New York office.

Terrance Philips is a Managing Director at Citi Private Bank in Hong Kong, acting as the Asia Head of Private Equity Client Coverage. In his role he is responsible for developing relationships with General Partners of Private Equity Firms and their respective Funds across Asia. Philips coordinates with his partners to deliver the Citi Bank platform to the Private Equity asset class to include; Subscription Facilities, Private Banking, Investment Banking and Funds Distribution.
Prior to joining the company, Terrance spent twelve years with Silicon Valley Bank including several increasingly senior positions including cash management advisor, global treasure advisor and Managing Director responsible for the firm’s Global Private Equity Service Group. Philips managed relationships with more than 130 international venture capital firms throughout Asia, Europe, Israel and South America.
In addition, he is an advisor to the board of directors of both the China Venture Capital Finance Organization and the Hong Kong Private Equity Finance Association. Terrance is also a board member of the Children’s Medical Foundation, a Hong Kong based non- governmental organization focused on saving lives of new born babies in rural China. He is a member to the Hong Kong Select USA Committee focused on generating Direct Foreign Investment to the USA.
Philips holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Pepperdine University, and a MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business. Prior to Business School, Terrance was also a mentor for BUILD, a nonprofit organization committed to motivating under-resourced high school students to succeed in school and go to higher education by helping them start and run their own businesses.
Charlie Clayton-Payne is a Partner in the Banking and Finance team in our Hong Kong office. He is an international finance specialist with a wealth of experience across industry sectors and geographies in the Asia Pacific region.

Goodwin has over 20 years of real estate investment and management experience in the United States and Asia. He founded Downtown Properties in 1996 and serves as Managing Principal. He’s especially interested in re-positioning distressed heritage properties. These include the renovation of the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and conversion of over 456,000 square feet of empty historical buildings into hip residential lofts in downtown Los Angeles including the acclaimed Douglas Building. He also served as Vice Chairman of Pioneer Global Group.

Jonathan Peiper is a Managing Director & Group Head in Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation’s Subscription Secured Finance Department, which acts as a Lead Arranger and Bookrunner on loans to many of the world’s preeminent private equity funds in the US, Europe and Asia. Mr. Peiper has been originating, structuring, arranging and executing subscription credit facilities and other fund financings for over 15 years and is currently a leader in its global department. Formerly, Mr. Peiper was a member of Sumitomo Mitsui’s Public Finance Department where he focused on providing letters of credit, loans and bond purchases for municipalities, hospitals, not-for-profits, and public and private partnerships.
Neha is responsible for the coverage of Financial Sponsors and Funds in Asia for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, based out of Hong Kong. Neha has over 15 years of banking experience in both developed and emerging markets having worked in the sector in India, Singapore, the UK and Hong Kong. She has held a variety of cross-functional roles across Institutional and Retail Banking including Financial Institutions Client Coverage, Product and Program Management, and business planning for the CEO of a FTSE 100 bank. She has wide experience in both fund and asset level financing having supported both global and regional Asian sponsors in developing and executing financing solutions. Neha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
James, who specialises in Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands (BVI) law, advises on a wide range of debt transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, margin lending, structured finance, bond issuances, distressed debt, security enforcements, work-outs and debt restructurings. In addition, he acts on corporate transactions, including on all downstream private equity deals, investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, James was a partner in the Hong Kong office of another leading offshore law firm, where he worked on many of the largest regional transactions. He has previously lived and worked in both the Cayman Islands and BVI for nearly five years. Before moving offshore, James started his legal career with Allen & Overy, and spent nearly a decade working in its London and Singapore offices.
George Jovanoski is a Vice President and Senior Client Executive at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in New York. George is responsible for the origination & structuring of fund finance facilities for private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt managers globally, primarily as lead arranger & bookrunner. He also shares responsibility for coverage of financial sponsors across SMBC’s global franchise. George has extensive experience in structuring subscription secured, hybrid and NAV facilities, as well as fund-level FX solutions.
Prior to SMBC, George worked at Westpac Banking Corporation, where he spent five years in the financial institutions group in New York and helped establish Westpac’s subscription finance business. Before moving to New York, George spent three years in Westpac’s restructuring & insolvency team post the global financial crisis. George holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Physics) from The University of Sydney, and is an Executive MBA Candidate at Columbia Business School, where he is part of the Private Equity Fellows Program and serves on the Executive MBA Advisory Board.
Omar is a managing director in the Merchant Banking Division (MBD) in Capital Markets. He is responsible for global fund financing for MBD and leads capital raising activities in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to assuming this role in 2016, Omar served as head of the US CLO New Issue Business. Omar was based in London from 2012 and headed the European effort on financial institution solutions for credit and mortgage products, and he was head of the Mortgage desk in Asia Pacific from 2005 to 2012. Before that, Omar worked on the Structured Product Syndicate desk in New York before setting up the department’s desk in Tokyo in 2005. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 in the Investment Banking Division, where he worked on structured finance solutions for the firm’s clients until transitioning to the Securities Division. Omar was named managing director in 2008.

Jean Woo is a partner in the international finance department in the Singapore office of Ashurst. She has over 15 years of international banking and finance experience across London and Singapore. F. William Reindel is a partner in the Corporate Department and the Finance Practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Mr. Reindel is a resident in Fried Frank’s New York office. He Joined the Firm in 1978 and became partner in 1986.
Mr. Reindel represents top tier sponsors of private equity, debt, infrastructure, energy and other investment funds, on a wide variety of fund level financings, including subscription facilities, NAV-based facilities and “hybrid” facilities; fund guarantees and other credit support of portfolio level financings; and financings for public and private BDC’s.

Mr. Reindel received his JD from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1978, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from Amherst College in 1975, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice in New York.
Doos Choi is a partner and member of the global fund finance practice at Mayer Brown. Patrick is a Partner based in Allen & Overy’s Hong Kong office. Marius has been with ING for 16 years in Europe and Asia where he has held various structuring, lending and origination roles and previously worked in Deloitte’s international tax structuring practice in Europe. He holds an LLB and LLM from the University of Amsterdam and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Shirleen has broad experience of debt financing transactions and specialises in advising lenders and borrowers in relation to Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law aspects of fund finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset finance, structured finance, project finance, margin lending and general corporate lending. Shirleen regularly acts for the most active lenders and sponsors in the market as well for regional and global private equity, debt and real estate funds as borrowers of fund financing products. Shirleen worked in Walkers’ Hong Kong office for five years before moving to the Singapore office in September 2017.
Chiwu Park is the Head of SAIM’s Real Estate and Structured Finance team, which is one of the leading Korean Alternative Asset Managers based in Seoul. Equipped with a clear mission statement of becoming Korea’s Top Capital Exporter, his team actively invests in overseas real estate, real estate debt, and structured finance products. In order to meet Korean institutional investors’ demand for credit-enhanced debt products, SAIM has proactively expanded its business to Fund Financing in 2018 which was the first Fund Finance product introduced in Korean Non-Banking debt market. Currently, SAIM manages around $1.4bil of fund financing assets for its key investors.
Before joining SAIM, he worked for Korea Exchange Bank, SMBC and KTB AMC in cross-border finance and real estate. Chiwu Park holds Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Seoul National University.
John Cahill is the head of the Real Estate Finance practice group of Paul Hastings. Mr. Cahill divides his time between Hong Kong and New York. He has extensive experience working with clients throughout the United States and Asia, including Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, China, and Korea. Mr. Cahill represents major financial institutions, private equity funds and other institutional investors, in complex domestic and cross-border commercial transactions. His practice has concentrated on the representation of investment banks, insurance companies, private equity funds, development companies, other types of institutional lenders and venture capital firms in the formation of real estate private equity funds and raising equity and debt for such funds. Mr. Cahill represents many investment banks, private equity funds and other institutional investors who are focused on structured finance transactions, including, without limitation, commercial mortgage backed securities, A/B note structures, repurchase agreements, corporate credit facilities, subscription lines of credit, mezzanine finance transactions, preferred equity investments, convertible debt transactions and commercial loans. Robert specialises in balance sheet management for Financial institutions, including capital management, risk management and asset-liability management. Yemi Tépé is a partner in the Finance and Projects Group of Morrison & Foerster, based in the Singapore office. Danielle is a Partner in Mourant’s Banking and Finance team in Hong Kong, having practiced in Asia for over 13 years. Eugene Min is Blackstone’s Head of Business Finance for Asia. Since joining Blackstone in 2018, Mr. Min has been leading the Business Finance team members in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Mumbai to support the Real Estate, Private Equity and Tactical Opportunities businesses. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Min worked at CLSA Capital Partners, a multi-strategy alternative investment platform, as their Chief Financial Officer and a member of the management team where he was responsible for the platform’s finance, tax, reporting, valuation and corporate planning functions. Prior to that, Mr. Min spent 13 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in their Global Real Assets Group initially based in New York and subsequently relocated to Hong Kong to help launch their Asian Infrastructure investment platform. Prior to that, Mr. Min worked at Ernst & Young in New York.

Mike Mascia is Co-Chair of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft’s Finance Group and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He has a globally recognized fund finance practice, having represented lenders in subscription credit facilities to real estate and private equity funds sponsored by many of the world’s preeminent fund sponsors. He has been lead counsel on numerous hybrid facilities, and is one of the few attorneys in the United States with experience in both subscription credit facilities and CLO’s. Mike represents lenders on leverage facilities to secondary funds and other credits looking primarily to fund assets or NAV for repayment. Mike is the founder of the annual Global Fund Finance Symposium and he is a founding member and the Secretary of the Funds Finance Association.
Bronwen is a partner at Reed Smith in London, a member of the Reed Smith Financial Industry Group and co-heads their Funds Financing Team in London. She acts for banks and other financial institutions, sponsors, general partners and fund managers on a range of fund finance matters including capital call facilities, NAV and asset backed facilities, hybrid facilities and general partner/co-investment facilities.
Mr Cunningham has overall responsibility for all matters relating to accounting, financial control, taxation, fund administration and reporting and regulatory compliance for the Helios group entities. An experienced private equity finance and administration executive with 32 years in the industry, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Barclays Private Equity (“BPE”) for six years prior to joining Helios in May 2008, and previously as Director, Head of Finance & Product Control Projects at Barclays Capital. His responsibilities included the reporting and administration of various managed funds as well as internal reporting / administration for BPE’s proprietary business. Mr Cunningham is Chairman of the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (“IPEV”) Board. Prior to joining Barclays, he worked within the finance functions of various major investment banks, including Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Whinney in 1989. Kim joined CBA in 2009 and manages CBA’s European Funds business. Her primary focus is origination and execution of fund finance transactions, hedging solutions and co-ordination of the Bank’s broader relationships with Financial Sponsor clients across the spectrum of alternative asset classes. Kim holds a BSc in Business majoring in Accounting and Banking.
Keith joined InfraRed in 2007.
Keith is currently responsible for managing the financial activities of HICL Infrastructure PLC, fund manager for the Yield Fund and portfolio management across InfraRed’s various infrastructure funds. His work includes fund management, transaction structuring, portfolio valuation, portfolio enhancement, investor meetings and financial reporting, as well as an involvement in capital raising.
Before joining InfraRed he was at John Laing plc for 5 years, latterly as portfolio director responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management, serving on the investment committee. Keith has a background in corporate finance and project finance, with over 20 years’ experience in infrastructure investments, which has included structuring new projects, restructurings, refinancings, acquisitions, disposals and asset management.
Keith has qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC and graduated with a first class honours BSc in mathematics from Durham University.
Christopher is a Partner in Mourant’s Cayman Islands office specialising in cross border bankruptcy and restructuring. He represents funds, investors, lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors and all other stakeholders affected by financial distress.
He was admitted to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently non-practising) in 1986 and was admitted as a Cayman Islands attorney in 2014. He is recognised as an expert in his specialism by the leading directories and is regularly called upon to provide expert testimony in foreign Courts.
George has been at Citi for over 14 years and has worked on arranging some of the largest syndicated facilities in the European subscription facility market. Prior to leading the EMEA Subscription Finance business, he was responsible for general asset backed lending across a number of different asset classes including commercial real estate, art, aircraft and marketable securities. George started his Citi career in New York structuring corporate loan facilities for law firms. George has a first class honours degree from Manchester University.
Mr. Buck is Senior Director of European Investments. Prior to Clarion Gramercy, he worked in the investment team at the UK opportunistic real estate fund manager Brockton Capital where he split his time between acquisitions and asset management activities. Before Brockton, Mr. Buck worked as an investment professional for Doughty Hanson Real Estate (DHRE), the pan-European opportunistic real estate investor. Mr. Buck started his career in the Real Estate Gaming and Leisure (REGAL) corporate finance team at Deutsche Bank AG. Mr. Buck has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Robert is the Managing Partner of Mourant’s London office and specialises in all areas of corporate, banking and finance work. He has established corporate finance and financial regulatory practices, and regularly advises on the establishment and operation of investment funds in the Cayman Islands. Before joining Mourant Ozannes, Robert worked at Walkers and at Slaughter and May in London. Legal 500 UK, 2015, recommends Robert and describes him as ‘commercial, bright and unfailingly courteous’.
Mr. Weber joined OGAM in its London office in 2012 as a principal and Head of Structuring. His primary responsibilities are transaction origination and structuring, and oversight of the firm’s European operations. Prior to joining OGAM, Mr. Weber had his own consulting business between 2011 and 2012, advising the Administrators of MF Global UK Limited (in special administration) and certain creditors of Lehman Brothers Finance S.A. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Weber headed the European Capital Markets and Derivatives unwind team for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers in London. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Weber was a Managing Director at RBS, where he built the firm’s global fund derivatives business. Mr. Weber started his career at JPMorgan as one of the original members of the firm’s structured credit business. He holds a BA (Hons) from Colby College in Economics and Mathematics, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an MSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of London. Mr. Weber is a CFA Charterholder and a Member of the Board of Visitors at Colby College.
David Wasserman is Managing Director and Heads the Subscription Secured Finance business for Morgan Stanley. Mr. Wasserman’s department is responsible for the origination, structuring, syndication and servicing of Subscription Facilities to Private Equity Funds across all alternative asset classes.
Previously, Dave worked at SMBC for 14 years and was the Global Head of Subscription Finance. At SMBC he had lent to real estate, infrastructure & energy, buyout, and credit funds with operations in Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Americas. Mr. Wasserman has been previously with Bank of America and PwC.
David has a B.S. in Applied Mathematical Economics from SUNY Oswego and a MBA and Masters of Quantitative Finance from Rutgers University.
Daniel joined Macquarie Asset Management in April 2016. Daniel completed his training contract at Clifford Chance and qualified as a solicitor into their Private Funds department, where he remained for four years. His role at Clifford Chance included advising investment managers and investors on the establishment and offering of private funds, co-investment arrangements and separate accounts. Since joining Macquarie, Daniel has worked in the legal team of Macquarie Asset Management, providing legal support to the Macquarie Investment Management and Macquarie Infrastructure Debt Investment Solutions businesses. His area of expertise includes fundraising, fund structuring and distribution.
Thomas Rapp is a Managing Director in Wells Fargo’s Asset Backed Finance unit in London where he focusing on origination and structuring of Fund Finance Facilities in Europe.
The Subscription Finance Group focuses on providing liquidity and fund-level leverage to Private Equity funds across a number of strategies (including buyout, real estate, energy, infrastructure, secondaries, debt strategies and transportation) and jurisdictions (UK, Luxembourg and Channel Islands).
Before joining Wells Fargo as part of the acquisition of WestLB’s platform, Thomas was an Executive Director at WestLB’s London Fund Finance team where he structured Subscription Finance facilities since 2008. Prior to this, Thomas was a Senior Risk Officer for Leveraged Finance and Media/Entertainment and Telecom Structured Finance in WestLB’s New York branch for 4 years. He previously held various positions at WestLB in Germany and started his career with a 2-year Traineeship at Deutsche Bank. Thomas received a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Economics from the University of Kiel (Germany).
Tim Hames has been Director General of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) since May 2013. He was previously Deputy CEO and Director of Policy at the organisation. His first career was as an academic at Oxford University where he was a Lecturer in Politics, having previously been an undergraduate and graduate student at the university. He specialised In American Government and also taught British Government and Politics. He has almost thirty publications in various books and scholarly journals on American and British public policy. In 1996 he became a journalist at The Times where he was ultimately the chief editorial writer, a political columnist, an Assistant Editor and edited the newspaper as a whole on numerous occasions. In 2009-2010 he was the first Special Adviser to the Speaker of the House of Commons and responsible for pursuing a wide-ranging programme of parliamentary reform. He came to the BVCA as then Head of Public Affairs, Communications and Campaigns in July 2010. Tim is an Honorary Visiting Fellow of De Montfort University and a Fellow of the Institute of Travel and Tourism.
The BVCA has approximately 500 members evenly divided between practitioners and advisory firms. It is responsible for the representation of the private equity and venture capital sectors to ministers, their shadows, other parliamentarians, officials, regulators, the media, other members of the business community, other stakeholders and society at large. It has extensive public policy, research and communications networks and activities. It works very closely with the EVCA and has ties to more than 25 other equivalent trade associations throughout the world. It also seeks to have deep roots in the whole of the British business community and not just London. Starting out in pre big bang in London Huw has lived, worked and spent significant time in many of the world’s major financial centres, including London, Tokyo, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Los Angeles developing expertise in a diverse range of areas including asset management, film and entertainment finance and business start ups and strategies.
Based on his expertise in the underlying structural flaws within the Euro Zone and the catastrophic road ahead for the EU post Brexit, has ensured he is a staunch advocate of the UK leaving the EU in short order.
John Mann MP was first elected as Labour Member of the UK Parliament for Bassetlaw in June 2001.
The campaigns and the issues that he has raised in Parliament are in direct response to concerns that have been raised by Bassetlaw residents. This has led to John running high profile campaigns for example, on consumer debt and heroin and treatment for addiction. He has run successful campaigns to keep his local hospital open, and more recently highlighted the problems surrounding sexual harassment and assault in Parliament.
Before entering Parliament, he worked for the Amalgamated Union of Engineering Workers (AEEU), the TUC and TULO. He is a former Chair of Labour Students and just prior to his election he was involved in running the family business.
John was re-elected to the highly influential Treasury Select Committee in September 2017 and currentlyChairs the Treasury Sub-Committee. Since 2005, he has been Chair of the All- Party Parliamentary Group Against Antisemitism, supported by the Antisemitism Policy Trust. John has commissioned two major All-Party Inquiries into Antisemitism and a further inquiry into Electoral Conduct. In 2010, he Chaired the Football Association’s Task Force on antisemitism and Islamophobia in football. In May 2009, John received the American Jewish Committee’s (AJC’s) Jan Karski Award in recognition of his commitment and work in fighting antisemitism. In 2008, John established the Inter-Parliamentary Coalition for Combating Antisemitism (ICCA) which he now Chairs.

Jeff Johnston, CFA, is the Head of Subscription Finance and is a Managing Director in the Asset-Backed Finance and Securitization group in Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Johnston manages the Subscription Finance team which provides lending facilities to private equity style funds and is responsible for the origination, structuring and monitoring of these facilities for the institutional clients of Wells Fargo. Previously, Mr. Johnston ran the Origination group within Subscription Finance and is responsible for creating the team within ABF in 2010. Mr. Johnston was previously an Officer and portfolio manager for Structured Asset Investors, LLC and Structured Credit Partners, LLC, a wholly owned registered investment advisor of Wells Fargo when he was responsible for the portfolio and workout of legacy structured products for the bank, including cash and synthetic ABS and CRE CDO’s, total return swaps and RMBS positions.

Nicola has been a Partner at Clifford Chance since 2003 specialising in fund finance work including capital call bridge, NAV and hybrid financings, acting for both financiers and borrowers. She spent four years in the firm’s Hong Kong office from 1995 to 1998. Nicola also undertakes a wide variety of UK and cross-border finance work and is the lead partner for the Loan Market Association in London drafting many of their standard form documents.

Brian Schmidt is a Partner and Head of Mortgages and North America Real Estate. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Based in Minneapolis, he joined the firm in 2005.

Keenan McBride is a Vice President in Fixed Income Secured Lending at Morgan Stanley. Mr. McBride currently covers the origination, structuring, and arrangement of subscription secured credit facilities for private equity funds globally. Over the past seven-plus years, Mr. McBride has been directly involved in the arrangement of subscription facilities in excess of $15B. His clients include top tier alternative asset managers headquartered in North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. McBride worked in the subscription finance group at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and on the leveraged finance syndications team at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. McBride graduated from Boston College.
Howard joined Kelso in 1997. He spent the preceding eight years as Chief Financial Officer and a Principal at Butler Capital Corporation, an investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts. He spent the previous nine years in various financial management positions at Deloitte & Touche, Colgate-Palmolive and Riverbank America.
Howard earned an M.B.A. from St. John’s University in 1979, where he graduated beta gamma sigma, and received a B.A. in Political Science from Queens College in 1976. He was a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was a founding board member of the New York Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association and is a former member of The George Washington University School of Business Board of Advisors.
Mark Levitt joined Global Infrastructure Partners in 2009 and is its Chief Operating Officer. Founded in 2006 as a joint venture with Credit Suisse and General Electric, Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) is a leading global, independent infrastructure investor which combines its specialist industry experience and industrial best practice operational management to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns. Since joining GIP, Mr. Levitt has played an important role in building and developing GIP’s investment team. He has also lead GIP’s support functions, as GIP has grown from one fund with $5.6 billion of AUM into a multi-fund platform with over $50 billion of AUM.
Prior to joining GIP, Mr. Levitt spent 14 years at Credit Suisse, where he most recently served as a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Investment Banking Division. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he worked in the Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives and Emerging Markets businesses of Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Morgan Stanley and Bankers Trust. He started his career at Ernst and Young.
Mr. Levitt holds an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Emory University, is married with three wonderful children, and resides in Roslyn, N.Y.
Jonathon leads Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets North American Finance team. In this role he oversees all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and operations, treasury management and fund level credit across all of MIRA’s Funds. In addition, Jonathon is actively involved in the portfolio company acquisition and divestiture process, overseeing the financial diligence, accounting treatment and financial reporting requirements. Jonathon also works closely with the portfolio company CFO’s on various transactional and ongoing portfolio management issues.
Jonathon joined MIRA in 2006 based in Sydney where he focused on Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group, an ASX listed Infrastructure Fund before relocating to New York with Macquarie in 2010, later rejoining MIRA in 2011 in the private funds finance team focusing on the Macquarie Infrastructure Partners funds.
Jonathon received his Chartered Accountant designation in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.
Matt Klein is a Managing Director and leads Hudson Advisors’ Global Markets Advisory business. Matt has over 17 years of experience providing market risk management and derivative advisory services to financial sponsor, corporate and commercial real estate clients and has overseen the execution of over $1.1 trillion of FX, interest rate and commodity derivative transactions over that time. Hudson’s Global Markets Group (“HGMG”) suite of services includes market risk management advisory, trade execution, derivative valuation & reporting, hedge accounting, regulatory compliance and derivative documentation negotiation. HGMG has extensive experience in developing and/or implementing 1) long dated unmargined fund-level FX hedging programs, 2) interest rate, FX and commodity hedging strategies within operating companies and SPVs and 3) sign-to-close deal contingent hedging. Matt graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 with a BBA degree in Finance. Matt is a CFA®charterholder.
Tim Gallaher is Managing Director and Treasurer of Värde. Based in Minneapolis, he joined the firm in 2010. Prior to joining Värde, Tim was Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations for Imation Corp. Prior to that, Tim was Treasurer and Vice President of Investor Relations for MoneyGram International. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Steve is currently a Vice President in the Consumer and Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs. He joined GSAM in June of 2016 to launch, develop and oversee GSAM’s Fund Finance platform. His responsibilities include the origination, structuring, and execution of all financing arrangements across the division. This includes capital call facilities, warehouse lines, NAV facilities and certain securitization transactions. Steve is also responsible for the management of GSAM’s lending relationships. In addition, Steve has oversight of business terms across the division’s trading agreements.
Prior to joining GSAM, Steve held various roles at a leading multi-strategy hedge fund, most recently as the Global Head of Treasury Operations. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in 2006.

Aaron Cohen is an executive vice president and manager of City National Bank’s Structured Finance unit. Mr. Cohen is responsible for the bank’s corporate banking, sponsor finance, cash-flow lending and syndicated credit activities. Additionally, Mr. Cohen oversees the division’s capital finance, foreign exchange sales, municipal finance, interest rate risk management, international banking and trade finance, and healthcare teams. Together, Mr. Cohen manages teams that have grown to more than $4.5 billion in combined loans outstanding. He also is a member of the bank’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Cohen began his banking career at City National Bank in 1996. He joined City National’s Structured Finance unit in 2004, became manager in 2011 and assumed his current position in 2016.
Mr. Cohen earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University and a master’s degree in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

As Managing Director of Industry Affairs for the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), Jennifer Choi directs the association’s engagement with external industry stakeholders to inform and enhance ILPA’s education, research, membership and advocacy platforms. Ms. Choi also leads the implementation of ILPA’s responses to emerging issues impacting the asset class, including efforts to establish and promote industry best practices.
Prior to joining the ILPA, Ms. Choi served as Vice President of Industry and External Affairs for the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA), where she led the association’s member and industry engagement activities, including efforts to encourage policy frameworks that support the growth of the asset class. As EMPEA’s Research Director, she built the industry’s first global database of private equity activity in the emerging markets. Previously, Ms. Choi was a consultant with Boston-based Stax Inc., leading due diligence engagements and providing advisory services for the U.S. private equity and venture capital industry. Jennifer’s other consulting experience includes organizational development and strategy consulting for clients in the healthcare, financial services and pharmaceutical sectors.

Mr. Chagan is a Managing Director and Head of Ares Global Capital Solutions Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2018, Mr. Chagan was a Director at KKR where he was the Head of the Corporate Finance group, focusing on hedging and liability management. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of KKR Income Opportunities Fund. Previously, Mr. Chagan worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving a variety of clients in the investment management industry. In addition, Mr. Chagan was in the banking industry in South Africa. Sarah Elliott is the primary lead Client Coverage director for the Funds sector in North America at National Australia Bank, and is based in New York. Her role involves establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and bringing multi-product global solutions to her Funds’ clients across the broad fund universe (including financial sponsors and real money funds).
Sarah has been at National Australia Bank for 4 years, having previously been a Funds Client Coverage Director in Sydney, Australia. Before that, Sarah was a banking & finance attorney and since 2006 worked at top tier Australian law firms. While a lawyer she worked in a broad finance practice across asset classes and has experience in acting for funds, Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts, and banks across both asset and fund levels. Sarah also worked on complex restructures and refinances during the global credit crisis. At University, Sarah obtained First Class Honours in her undergraduate and law degrees.
Cheyenne joined Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (“MSREI”) in 2010 and now works on the group’s U.S. debt capital markets team. The group is responsible for structuring the capital stack and securing financing on behalf of MSREI funds and individual transactions.
During her time at Morgan Stanley prior to working on U.S. debt capital markets, Cheyenne has worked in a number of capacities across the MSREI platform. Waalt Jackson, Head of Direct Lending Platform and member of the Investment Committees, joined Onex in April 2016, after 18 years at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Jackson has 33 years of experience in the leveraged loan, high-yield and mezzanine markets. Prior to joining Onex, Mr. Jackson was Senior Credit Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the Private Credit Group in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and was on the investment sub-committees of Private Credit Group and GS Bank. From 1987 to 1997, he was involved in leveraged finance at the Bank of Nova Scotia and Credit Suisse where he originated, structured and syndicated bank loans for leveraged buyouts, corporate M&A transactions and middle-market companies. He started his professional career at Ernst & Whinney in 1985 where he was involved in financial consulting for large and middle-market companies. Mr. Jackson earned an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a B.S. from Bryan College.
Ed is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Ridgemont Equity Partners. He manages the finance, portfolio administration, compliance, and operational matters of the group. Ed also assists in tax and accounting due diligence on potential transactions.
Prior to joining Ridgemont predecessor, Banc of America Capital Investors, in 1998, Ed spent three years in Bank of America’s Finance department where he was the controller for several corporate finance divisions. Peter Song is a Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Strategic Partners, Blackstone’s secondary private fund of funds business, which was acquired from Credit Suisse in August 2013. Mr. Song sits on the Investment Committee for each of the Strategic Partners Funds and focuses on transactional and operational management, oversees all client reporting and all legal activities related to the secondary business. Prior to joining Strategic Partners at its inception in 2000, Mr. Song was a Corporate Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where he formed private investment funds and advised investment advisors and investment companies on various issues under the federal securities laws. Mr. Song received a B.A. with honors in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
Sean Scott is a partner in the Chicago office of Mayer Brown LLP and is a member of the firm’s Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Insolvency practice. Sean has extensive experience in complex insolvency matters, including in-court bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings and recapitalizations. Sean typically acts on behalf of administrative agents, lenders and lender syndicates and other significant stakeholders in all types of distressed scenarios. In the course of his practice, Sean also regularly advises lender and investor clients on deal structuring considerations in the areas of fund finance, securitization and trade receivables financing.
John Hastings is a capital markets and risk advisor with HarbourVest Partners in Boston. HarbourVest is a leading global private equity firm with a long history of innovation and success Prior to joining HarbourVest, John spent over 30 years in investment banking most recently as a Managing Director and Group Head with the global infrastructure practice at RBC Capital Markets in New York During his twenty years at RBC, he managed and worked in, a broad array of markets, including, power, healthcare, private placements and debt capital markets. In addition after retiring from RBC, he spent two years as an independent risk advisor focused on private equity with PMC Treasury in New York and London.
Alistair is a partner in the corporate and finance group of Carey Olsen in the Cayman Islands and advises on all aspects of finance, corporate, investment funds and commercial law, with a particular focus on lender side funds finance transaction.

Alistair was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2008 and as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2013.
Philip Kim (New York) joined KKR in 2012 and is the Head of Private Markets Risk. He is a member of the Global Macro, Balance Sheet and Risk team and serves on the Market Risk Committee and the KCM Capital Committee. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Kim was with Morgan Stanley in its Corporate Derivatives Group. He holds a B.A. from Stanford University.
Matthew Skurbe is the Treasurer and Managing Director in Finance for Blackstone. Mr. Skurbe leads all Blackstone Treasury related initiatives, including cash and liquidity management, working capital management, bank and rating agency relationship management, balance sheet risk management, procurement, and vendor risk management. Before joining Blackstone in 2009, Mr. Skurbe was the CFO for Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust, a $35 billion bank housing several of Merrill Lynch’s consumer lending and banking businesses. Prior to that role, Mr. Skurbe spent seven years supporting Merrill Lynch’s Treasury function and had previous roles with Amerada Hess and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Skurbe is also a board member of the Association for Financial Professionals, the Blackstone Charitable Foundation, Project Sunshine, and Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation. Mr. Skurbe received a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University, achieved the Certified Public Accountant certification, and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
Kevin McLeod, Senior Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management. Mr. McLeod manages the formation, structuring, development and marketing of the investing vehicles of Cerberus Business Finance, the middle-market direct lending business of Cerberus. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2006, Mr. McLeod managed the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC World Markets where he originated, structured and executed transactions involving high yield debt securities, leveraged loans, privately placed mezzanine securities and merchant banking investments. Formerly, Mr. McLeod was a mechanical and aerospace engineer at the Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies Corp. Mr. McLeod earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Hecht serves as Chief Financial Officer with oversight of Madison’s Finance and Accounting team. His responsibilities include, financial reporting, tax structuring of investments and credit facility management. Mr. Hecht has over 18 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining Madison in 2007, Mr. Hecht acted as a Regional Finance Director for Tishman Speyer Properties, responsible for the financial quality control of an office real estate portfolio valued at $4 billion. In addition, Mr. Hecht spent six years as part of the portfolio finance group at ING Clarion where his responsibilities included financial reporting and performance analysis for residential, opportunistic and value added commingled real estate funds and three years at Ernst & Young where he was a senior auditor servicing various publicly traded real estate clients. Mr. Hecht earned a BS in Accounting from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chris is a Managing Director with the Cayman Islands office of Alvarez & Marsal.
Chris is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner in the Cayman Islands, a Chartered Accountant (Ireland) with 14+ years’ experience and a CIMA registered Director who specialises in providing distressed solutions to the financial services sector. He specialises in corporate advisory, restructuring and insolvency and also acts as a director to entities in distressed situations.
Since moving to the Cayman Islands in 2009, Chris has been appointed as an Official, Provisional and Voluntary Liquidator to numerous Cayman registered entities. The nature of these engagements is often multi-jurisdictional and has led Chris to garner experience working with the Courts of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, England and Wales, the United States, Switzerland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Monaco and Hong Kong. Chris has been recognised by the US Courts under Chapter 15 of the US Bankruptcy Code on multiple occasions.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant (Ireland) and an associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in the UK. He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA), INSOL International and the Cayman Islands chapter of INSOL as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Mr. Willmann is a Managing Director and the Treasurer for TPG. As Treasurer, he is responsible for financing and capital markets activity of the firm and its funds, day-to-day global cash management and investment, foreign exchange risk management and hedging transactions, safekeeping of the firm’s public and private equity portfolio, counterparty risk management, and general bank relationship management. Prior to joining TPG in 2007, Mr. Willmann was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he spent nine years in various corporate banking roles. Mr. Willmann graduated from Texas Tech University and the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Trinity Valley School.
Marjorie Tsang is a board member of the USAA Real Estate Company. She served as a Visiting Scholar with the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies on issues relating to financing climate-resilient real assets projects worldwide, an initiative on behalf of the UN Secretary-General. Marjorie co-authored The Paris Climate Agreement: How Real Asset Owners Can Position Themselves for the New World of Climate-Smart Investment Opportunities; PREA Quarterly, 2016 Winter edition. She is an active member of WX: New York Women Executives in Real Estate, having served on the WX, Inc, and WX Charitable Fund, Ltd. boards and serving on the Philanthropy Committee currently. Marjorie is an instructor for the REAP-NY program.
Marjorie served as a senior investment officer at the New York State Common Retirement Fund, the third largest public pension fund in the United States. From 1999-2011, she was the Assistant Comptroller for Real Estate Investments with investment and asset management responsibilities for the Fund’s $9 billion Real Estate portfolio. From September 2011 through August 2012, she served as the Interim Chief Investment Officer. She also covered strategic initiatives including the Real Assets portfolio, asset allocation and launching the pension fund’s Environmental Social Governance program. Marjorie joined the Office of the New York State Comptroller in October 1993 as Assistant Counsel for Real Estate Investments and later assumed legal responsibility for the Fund in all asset classes. She received her BA from Yale University and her JD from Columbia Law School.
Stan Mullikin has responsibility for the debt capital markets activity at Crow Holdings Capital and sits on its real estate investment committee. He has been associated with CHC and CHC-affiliated entities since 1998.
Stan’s previous roles at CHC have included financing, acquisitions, development, dispositions and asset management within CHC’s industrial, retail, office and convenience & gas store disciplines.
Stan received a B.A. degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in 1998.
Eve Mongiardo is a Senior Advisor of Irving Place Capital. Previously, Ms. Mongiardo was Chief Operating Officer and a Partner at Irving Place Capital where she worked for over 11 years. Ms. Mongiardo has more than 25 years of experience in private equity finance and operations. Prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2007, Ms. Mongiardo was a financial consultant and principal of her own firm, EGM Advisors. From 2000 to 2005, she was Chief Financial Officer of Soros Private Funds Management. Before joining Soros, Ms. Mongiardo spent more than nine years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Vice President in the principal investment area. She started her career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where she spent four years in the auditing practice.
Ms. Mongiardo is a founding board member of the Financial Executives Alliance, a networking group for financial decision makers in private equity.
Michael P. McGuigan is counsel in the firm’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Finance Group. Mr. McGuigan regularly advises the firm’s private equity clients in structuring and negotiating a wide range of fund-related finance transactions, including umbrella and bilateral subscription line credit facilities, NAV facilities, management company liquidity facilities and GP co-investment facilities. Mr. McGuigan also acts for project companies, bidding consortia, developers, equity sponsors and other private sector clients in connection with the development and financing of major U.S. transportation infrastructure projects.
Mr. McGuigan joined Debevoise in 2004. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from New York Law School in 2004, where he was a senior editor for the New York Law Review. He received a B.A. in History from Fordham University in 1999.

Randy leads JMI’s finance and accounting functions. He is a board member of the Washington, D.C. & Baltimore chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association, and a steering committee member of ACG’s Private Equity Regulatory Task Force (PERT). Prior to joining JMI in 2007, Randy was a senior associate in the assurance and advisory business services practice of EY. Randy received a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland, and is a certified public accountant.
Vicky Du is the Head of Fund Finance, Financial & Strategic Investors Group at Standard Chartered. In this role, Vicky manages a globally integrated team responsible for providing financial sponsors with fund level financing solutions, including Subscription Finance, General Partner financing and Net Asset Value/Hybrid financing. Vicky has extensive knowledge and experience in Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance and Capital Markets. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Vicky worked at Goldman Sachs and GE Capital.
Vicky received an M.B.A from New York University Stern School of Business, and B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Nebraska.
